He completed his Executive Management program from IIM Calcutta specializing in Finance and Marketing. He brings good experience from the field of Project Management, Development management and Investment management.

He has over 24 years of all-round professional experience in the areas of Quantity Surveying , Cost Management, Due diligence, Project Management, and Value engineering . Has worked with large multinational Cost Consultants and Contractors and delivered many complex projects in India and UAE
(United Arab Emirates).
He has been associated with some of the leading firms like The Xander Group Inc., KPK Quantity Surveyors Pvt Ltd, Six Construct Ltd to name a few. Have earned hands on experience in handling projects in various sectors like Retail shopping centers, High-Rise buildings up to height of 355M, IT park campus, Residential Townships, Hospitality (Five Star Hotel, Serviced Apartment and Resorts) , Airports.
Kishore is a key team member based in Hong Kong and playing a dual role of Development Manager and Relationship manager for investors. He is involved in mentoring of the Cost Management and Project Management teams. He advises on more effective industry practices adoptable to Indian market.
